My name is Jason Yun, and I am the founder of this company. I came up with idea for Yun Fitness Boot Camps back in April 2009, as I wanted to give people the opportunity to train with a certified fitness professional without emptying their pocket books.
The workouts are intense, challenging, unique, and fun. I specifically designed them so that they would be challenging for a person that is really out of shape all the way up to an elite athlete. You simply progress at your own pace. But with the friendly atmosphere you really can’t help but get into the best shape of your life.
It is a friendly environment, with friendly competitions during the camp sessions. This means it is not a military style bootcamp, where I’m in your face yelling at you all the time. The camp has a laid back feel to it. I will give encouragement at times. But the main purpose of my camps is to make exercise and fitness—FUN! That’s very important. Because when it’s fun for you, you keep coming back for more and more! And that makes losing weight and getting in shape a whole lot easier!
Every week there will be a nutrition tip. Nutrition is just as important to lose the weight and body fat as the actual exercise. These tips are basically your ‘homework’ for the week. You try and implement them into your daily life, one tip at a time, one week at a time, and PRESTO—you’re one step closer to your health and fitness goals!
